Self-Custody
Wallet Licensing
and User
Agreement
Last Updated: September 15, 2025
Vision Non-Custodial Ltd. ("VSN", "we", or "us") makes available certain software, including the self-custody digital wallet software made accessible through a web app and mobile user interface that enable interactions with the wallet and related services. This Self-Custody Wallet Licensing and User Agreement is a binding legal document between you and Vision that governs access to and use of the Services.
The Services are designed to help you create, import, view, and manage a self-custody wallet. You are responsible for your secret recovery phrase, PIN, private keys, device security, and all activity initiated from your wallet. Vision does not take custody of your assets and cannot recover a lost recovery phrase or reverse transactions you approve.
You may use the Services only where permitted by applicable law and only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Services, attempt to bypass security controls, misuse wallet infrastructure, or use the Services in a way that could harm Vision, VSN, other users, or third-party networks.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision disclaims warranties and is not responsible for losses caused by market volatility, network fees, blockchain failures, unsupported tokens, third party services, user error, compromised devices, or loss of credentials.
By continuing, you acknowledge that you understand the risks of self-custody wallets and agree that any supplemental terms shown in connection with specific features are incorporated into this Agreement. If supplemental terms conflict with this Agreement, those supplemental terms control only for the applicable feature.
You retain control over the wallet credentials created or imported through the Services. Vision does not host, possess, or control your secret recovery phrase, and VSN personnel will never ask you to reveal it. You should store wallet credentials offline, review every transaction before approval, and maintain access to the device or backup method you choose. If you delete browser data, lose access to your device, forget your PIN, or disclose your recovery phrase to another person, you may lose access to digital assets permanently.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted. Network congestion, validator behavior, smart contract defects, token issuer actions, bridges, decentralized applications, and third-party wallet connections can affect whether a transaction succeeds, how long it takes, and what fees are paid. Vision may display estimated balances, prices, fees, token metadata, or other information supplied by third parties, but that information is provided for convenience only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
You grant Vision a limited right to operate the Services, deliver interface updates, protect the platform, diagnose errors, and communicate notices related to wallet functionality. You do not receive ownership of Vision software, designs, trademarks, source code, models, interfaces, documentation, or other intellectual property. Subject to this Agreement, Vision grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for self-custody wallet management.
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, sublicense, scrape, overload, or disrupt any part of the Services except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived. You also agree not to use the Services to facilitate fraud, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or transactions involving stolen credentials or unlawfully obtained assets.
Vision may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, business, or network-integrity reasons. We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version in the Services. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and should export or secure your wallet credentials before removing the app interface from your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision and VSN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost digital assets, lost data, business interruption, failed transactions, or unauthorized access resulting from your device, credentials, connected applications, or third-party networks. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
This Agreement is intended to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Vision may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Services. You may not assign your rights or obligations without Vision's prior written consent.
Eligibility to use the Services depends on your ability to form a binding agreement and your compliance with applicable laws. By accessing the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you are using the Services under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian who accepts this Agreement. You further represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited, restricted, or subject to sanctions that would make your use unlawful.
Vision may make certain wallet functions available without an account, login, or custodial profile. That design does not remove your responsibility to secure the environment from which you access the Services. Browser extensions, screen recording tools, malware, shared devices, compromised networks, and phishing websites can expose wallet information or cause you to approve unintended activity. You agree to use reasonable care, keep your device updated, verify the address and details of any page you interact with, and decline transactions that you do not understand.
The Services may allow you to generate, import, store locally, encrypt, unlock, or display wallet-related credentials. Local storage, encrypted browser storage, passcodes, biometric unlock prompts, and PIN screens are tools for convenience and access control; they are not a guarantee that credentials cannot be lost or compromised. Vision does not guarantee compatibility with every browser, operating system, device setting, backup tool, password manager, or security product. You should test and maintain your own backup process before transferring meaningful value to any wallet.
You understand that a secret recovery phrase can control all wallets derived from it. Anyone who obtains that phrase may be able to move digital assets without your permission. Vision cannot determine whether a phrase was copied, photographed, transmitted, guessed, or disclosed by mistake, and we cannot distinguish an authorized blockchain transaction from an unauthorized one after it has been signed. You agree that Vision is not responsible for consequences arising from your handling, storage, disclosure, or loss of any credential.
The Services may provide buttons, prompts, previews, warnings, labels, or educational language about transactions and network activity. These interface elements are informational only. They may not identify every risk, malicious contract, token approval, bridge condition, fee change, slippage effect, network fork, governance action, or third-party restriction. You are solely responsible for reviewing transaction details, destination addresses, token amounts, network names, approvals, permissions, deadlines, and any external application requesting wallet access before you proceed.
Digital assets are not legal tender in many jurisdictions, may not be backed by a government, may not be protected by deposit insurance, and may fluctuate substantially in value. Regulatory treatment can change without notice. A token or network shown in the interface does not mean Vision endorses it, guarantees its liquidity, confirms its legality, or verifies its issuer. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified advisors before making decisions involving digital assets, taxes, financial reporting, or compliance obligations.
Vision may integrate with third-party providers for market data, token lists, transaction simulation, swaps, bridges, ramps, analytics, notifications, or other features. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy practices, service limitations, fees, and availability constraints. Vision is not responsible for third-party websites, contracts, networks, applications, wallets, or infrastructure. Your use of a third-party feature is at your own risk, even if the feature is linked from, displayed in, or made accessible through the Services.
Fees shown through the Services may include blockchain network fees, third-party provider fees, spread, priority fees, execution fees, or other charges. Estimated fees can change before or during submission due to network conditions or provider updates. Vision may not be able to refund, reverse, or credit any fee once a transaction has been broadcast or a third-party service has been used. You are responsible for understanding and accepting all applicable fees before authorizing activity.
Some features may require you to connect a wallet to external applications. A connection can allow the external application to request signatures, view public wallet information, or propose token approvals. Disconnecting a site from the interface may not revoke permissions already granted on-chain. You are responsible for reviewing active approvals, revoking permissions when appropriate, and understanding the difference between a visual connection in the app and permissions recorded on a blockchain.
You agree not to impersonate any person, misrepresent your authority, interfere with another user's access, submit harmful code, probe non-public systems, or attempt to derive source code, private keys, seed phrases, API credentials, or security controls from the Services. You also agree not to use automated systems to place excessive load on Vision infrastructure, collect information in a manner that violates law or privacy rights, or bypass rate limits, access controls, or feature restrictions.
Vision may use security tools to detect abuse, preserve service integrity, respond to legal requests, troubleshoot errors, and protect users. We may limit access, disable features, block requests, or withhold certain interface functionality when we believe action is necessary to address fraud, abuse, security events, legal risk, network instability, or violations of this Agreement. Because the wallet is self-custody, limiting an interface feature does not mean Vision has custody of your assets or can move them for you.
The Services may include beta, experimental, preview, or newly released features. Such features may be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, unstable, or changed without notice. You should not rely on beta features for critical activity or for storage of value that you cannot afford to lose. Vision may collect feedback about experimental features and may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve the Services.
If the Services display support, help, or educational content, that content is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, security, or professional advice. Support personnel cannot access your private keys, cannot guarantee recovery of a wallet, and cannot approve or cancel blockchain transactions on your behalf. You should seek advice from independent qualified professionals where your circumstances require it. Any examples shown in the Services are illustrative and may not reflect your actual risks, costs, or obligations.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, reporting, filings, and recordkeeping related to your digital asset activity. The Services may show history, balances, or transaction data, but such information may be incomplete, filtered, delayed, or dependent on third-party indexing services. Vision does not guarantee that exported or displayed information will satisfy tax, accounting, audit, or regulatory requirements. You should keep independent records of wallet activity and consult your own advisors.
Intellectual property in the Services belongs to Vision, VSN, or their licensors. Names, logos, interface designs, icons, animations, software, models, documentation, and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other laws. You may not remove notices, use Vision marks in a misleading way, suggest endorsement without permission, or create confusingly similar services. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Vision.
You may provide comments, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback. You agree that Vision may use feedback for any purpose, including product development, security improvement, documentation, marketing, and business planning, without owing you compensation or attribution. You represent that your feedback does not include confidential information of another person and that Vision's use of the feedback will not violate rights you owe to anyone else.
Availability of the Services is not guaranteed. The interface may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, browser changes, device constraints, network failures, provider downtime, distributed denial of service attacks, legal restrictions, or events beyond Vision's control. Vision is not required to support every token, chain, wallet format, transaction type, browser, device, language, country, or feature forever. We may remove or change support where we consider it appropriate.
You should not treat any displayed balance as final settlement. Balances can change due to pending transactions, chain reorganizations, indexing delays, token decimal errors, malicious tokens, airdrops, burns, rebases, smart contract upgrades, or third-party data defects. Vision may hide, flag, or relabel assets to reduce confusion or risk, but we are not obligated to monitor all tokens or warn you about every suspicious asset.
Some transactions may involve messages rather than direct asset transfers. Signing a message can still create legal, operational, or security consequences, including authentication to a third-party application or authorization of future actions. You are responsible for understanding what a signature means before approving it. Vision may display decoded message content when available, but decoded content can be partial, inaccurate, or unavailable for some applications and networks.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision, VSN, and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of law, your infringement of another person's rights, or activity associated with your wallet, device, credentials, or connected applications.
No waiver by Vision of any term or breach will be considered a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term or breach. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The words "including" and "such as" mean "including without limitation." If this Agreement is translated, the English version controls to the extent of any conflict unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact Vision through the support or notice method made available in the Services and provide a reasonable description of the issue. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings, except where urgent equitable relief is needed to protect intellectual property, security, or confidential information. Nothing in this Agreement prevents either party from seeking relief that cannot lawfully be waived.
This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, employment relationship, brokerage relationship, trustee relationship, or advisory relationship between you and Vision. You remain solely responsible for decisions made through the wallet interface. Vision's operation of software does not mean Vision sponsors, recommends, manages, controls, or guarantees any asset, network, transaction, protocol, application, or user decision.
Privacy and data handling for the Services may be described in separate notices or settings. Because the wallet is self-custody, Vision seeks to minimize the information needed to operate the interface, but some technical information may be processed to deliver pages, load assets, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, measure reliability, or comply with law. Public blockchain information is visible by design and may be analyzed by anyone. You should not assume that wallet addresses, transaction histories, token holdings, or application connections are private merely because you use a self-custody interface.
You are responsible for deciding whether to use privacy tools, separate addresses, hardware wallets, multisignature wallets, secure backups, or other operational practices. Vision may provide educational prompts, but those prompts cannot account for every threat model, legal environment, or personal circumstance. If you use the Services for business, treasury, organizational, or high-value purposes, you should adopt internal controls that are appropriate for that use, including approval policies, segregation of duties, secure storage, access review, and incident response procedures.
The Services may be unavailable or degraded in regions where networks, app stores, browsers, infrastructure providers, or legal requirements restrict access. Vision may tailor, remove, or withhold functionality based on risk, law, provider availability, or commercial considerations. You agree not to disguise your location or identity to access features that are not available to you. You are responsible for understanding whether your use of a wallet, token, protocol, bridge, swap, or third-party application is permitted where you are located.
If you believe there is a security vulnerability in the Services, you should report it through a reasonable disclosure channel and avoid accessing, modifying, deleting, or disclosing data that does not belong to you. Testing must not degrade the Services, target users, extract credentials, exploit third-party systems, or move digital assets without authorization. Vision may investigate reports, but submission of a report does not create an employment, contractor, bounty, or compensation relationship unless a separate written program expressly says otherwise.
You are responsible for all hardware, software, network access, browser settings, and carrier or internet charges needed to use the Services. Vision is not responsible for losses or errors caused by low battery, interrupted connectivity, device replacement, browser auto-fill, translation tools, display scaling, accessibility overlays, screen readers, password managers, cloud sync, VPNs, firewalls, or other tools outside Vision's control. You should verify important wallet activity on a reliable device and network before approving it.
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection, data protection, or financial services laws. Where required by law, you may have rights to receive certain information, file complaints, withdraw consent, or pursue remedies that this Agreement cannot remove. The limitations, disclaimers, and allocations of responsibility in this Agreement apply only to the extent permitted by law and are intended to reflect the self-custody nature of the Services.
If you stop using the Services, you remain responsible for preserving any recovery phrase, private key, transaction record, tax record, or other information you may need later. Removing the interface from a device, clearing browser storage, or disconnecting a wallet does not erase public blockchain records and may not revoke permissions already granted on-chain. Before deleting anything, you should confirm that you have a working backup and understand how to access your wallet without relying on the same local device state.
Notices may be provided through the Services, by email if you have supplied one, or by other reasonable electronic means. This Agreement, together with any supplemental terms, forms the entire agreement between you and Vision regarding the Services and replaces prior understandings about the same subject matter.
